We implement IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) processes with precise temperature control that preserve the characteristic flavor, natural texture, vibrant color, and all the essential nutrients of our fruits. This method ensures that each piece of fruit is individually frozen, preventing clumping and facilitating its use later.
