At Agro Fruit SRL, rigorous document management and strict regulatory compliance are fundamental pillars of our export operations. Every shipment complies with international and local regulations, guaranteeing a transparent and reliable supply chain from Costa Rica to its final destination.

Standard Export Documents

For each shipment, we ensure that the documentation covers all legal and commercial aspects:

Commercial Documents: Commercial invoice, detailed packing list, purchase and sale agreement.
Transport Documents: Bill of Lading (B/L) or Airway Bill, insurance certificate (if CIF applies), shipping instructions.
Phytosanitary and Quality Certificates: Phytosanitary certificate from MAG Costa Rica, certificate of origin (Form A for Europe or others depending on destination), laboratory analysis, fumigation certificate (ISPM-15).
Product Certifications: GLOBALG.AP, Rainforest Alliance, HACCP, BRC (for frozen products), organic certificates (if applicable).
